Rockville, Maryland - Hybrid

$5,000 Relocation bonus.

Reliatus ABA Solutions, a leading mental health organization, is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team in Rockville, Maryland.

This full-time position is dedicated to conducting Autism Assessments to provide valuable insights and support for individuals and their families.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough and accurate Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments using standardized tools, clinical interviews, and observational methods.
  2. Provide clear and comprehensive diagnostic evaluations based on assessment findings, in accordance with the latest diagnostic criteria and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other psychologists, clinicians, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  4. Maintain detailed and organized assessment records, prepare written reports, and communicate findings effectively to clients, families, and relevant stakeholders.
  5. Stay informed about the latest research, diagnostic tools, and treatment modalities related to Autism Spectrum Disorders, and actively participate in ongoing professional development.
  6. Offer guidance and support to individuals and families by explaining assessment results, recommending appropriate interventions, and facilitating referrals to additional services when necessary.
  7. Uphold ethical guidelines and standards set by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.
Qualifications:
  1. Hold a valid and current license as a psychologist in the state of Maryland.
  2. Demonstrated experience in conducting Autism Assessments and diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  3. Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited institution.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
