Position Overview

This full-time position for a Marketing Project Coordinator at Petree Partners LLC offers flexibility for remote work. The Marketing Project Coordinator will oversee the management of the firm's marketing and communication initiatives. Proficiency in project management tools, experience with at least one customer relationship management (CRM) system, and collaboration with external creative teams are essential.

As the primary organizer for all marketing communication projects, whether it involves a comprehensive website redesign or a brief photo session, this pivotal team member will ensure project timelines are met and operations run smoothly. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in diverse environments, enjoy multitasking, and possess exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a marketing communications capacity, including the coordination of digital, print, and website projects.
  • Proven ability to conduct research, compose copy, and create creative briefs or other necessary materials for various marketing communications projects.
  • Comfortable utilizing project management and/or CRM software.
  • Basic understanding of social media management and/or SEO is advantageous.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of organizing extensive task lists by project.
  • Preference for fast-paced work environments.

Additional Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sectors such as energy, legal, financial services, industrial, and/or healthcare is beneficial.
  • Experience in coordinating photo and/or video shoots is a plus.
  • Any experience in sales, hospitality, or volunteering is considered an asset.

Educational Background

A minimum of an associate's degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
