At Surpass Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. Our team is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
- Develop reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries
- Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client's program
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions
- Develop individualized programming based on the needs of the client as well as the caregiver
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting, preferred
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB, required
- Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
