KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute and manage X-Ray procedures utilizing portable digital radiography (DR) and ensure timely submission to a Radiologist for analysis.
  • Safely transport portable X-Ray apparatus to various locations to conduct examinations as prescribed by medical professionals, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Conduct EKGs when necessary and relay results to a Cardiologist for evaluation. (if applicable)
  • Digitally archive examination-related documentation and billing records daily in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and supervisory personnel.
  • Engage professionally and effectively with colleagues, management, and clients.
  • Uphold the condition of the vehicle and radiographic equipment.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hold valid State licenses and/or ARRT Certification, fulfilling health and operational prerequisites.
  • Possess a valid driver's license in the relevant state, maintaining good standing at all times.
  • Participate in mandatory meetings.
  • Connect and disconnect Holter Monitors as required. (if applicable)
  • Technologists are expected to maintain their equipment with professionalism; any equipment malfunctions should be reported to a supervisor immediately.
  • Engage in special projects or other responsibilities as directed by Supervisor/Manager.
  • Mentor fellow technologists as necessary.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
