Position Overview
As a vital member of our healthcare team at Assured and Associates, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting residents with their daily living activities, including turning, positioning, toileting, bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance.
  • Measuring and documenting vital signs and weight as per assigned duties.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all care provided, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitoring and recording temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Delivering care in accordance with the individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Observing residents closely and reporting any changes in their condition, demeanor, appetite, or behavior to the team leader.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma.
  • State Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • First Aid Certification.
  • Recent TB Test Results.
  • Preferred experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
