Nursing Professional for Vascular Care

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II- M5/C5: Vascular Surgery to join our team at Albany Medical Center. As a key member of our vascular surgery department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of a comprehensive plan of care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the needs of assigned patients throughout the episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge.
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing.

**Requirements:

**Salary:** $34.65 - $35.69 per hour, commensurate with experience.
