This role requires an Industrial Engineer or equivalent degree holder with at least three years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated continuous improvement and structured problem-solving methodologies utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools. Strong knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is around $110,000 annually, based on the US national average for similar roles. However, this figure may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.

This Industrial Engineer will facilitate the application of industrial engineering principles to our manufacturing flow, layout, visual management, and overall effectiveness of safety, quality, and productivity goals. Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement, implementing proactive programs, designing manufacturing processes, and developing process documentation.
