Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Utilize each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, including financial products.
  • Adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance protocols.
  • Generate new business through leads and referrals.
  • Excel in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Develop strong connections with clients to ensure high retention rates and product loyalty.
  • Present and clarify insurance policy options based on client needs and personal objectives.

Qualifications
  • A valid Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
  • Previous Sales Experience is essential.
  • A genuine willingness to learn, along with being intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
