Staff Physical Therapist, Part-Time Position

NYU Langone Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and patient-centered Physical Therapist to evaluate and implement comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans for assigned patients in a supervised program of rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement medically prescribed physical therapy treatment plans, adapting as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Participate in clinical education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- New York State Physical Therapy License or temporary permit
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) or Heartsaver CPR/AED certification (American Heart Association)
