Counseling Supervisor

Full-Time/40 Hours per week
Night Shifts: 7 PM - 7 AM
Includes rotating weekends and holidays
Role Overview:
The Counseling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, guiding, and fostering the professional growth of counselors who assess client needs, provide counseling services, and facilitate access to necessary resources in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
Licensure Requirements:
Must possess LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or be in the process of obtaining within a two-year timeframe.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of two years in the Mental Health field.
