- Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products.
- Assist with operational tasks, including loss prevention and inventory management, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap areas.
- Build effective relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Previous experience in a customer service business, preferably in retail.
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of our unique retail business.
- Physical ability to perform all essential duties, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing other tasks as required.
