Job Title: Retail Shop Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Shop Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a Retail Shop Associate, you will be responsible for providing an unparalleled customer experience to all visitors to our shop and club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and ensure an exceptional customer experience for all visitors.
  • Maintain knowledge of all club and shop services, programs, and products.
  • Assist with the timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer service business, preferably in retail.
  • Hardworking and diligent, with honesty and personal integrity.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
  • Availability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of our unique retail business.
