We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Execution Specialist II - Sales Conversion Lead to join our team at Emery Jensen Distribution, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading on-site project execution and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Job DescriptionThis role plays an active part in the pre-execution planning process by providing store measurements, 'As-Is' floor plans, project site evaluation, and review of key project documents. The successful candidate will effectively lead on-site project execution in alignment with Retail Execution best practices, complete projects on time and within allocated labor budget, and provide inputs for all required process documentation in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in store planning, visual merchandising, or store management in a retail environment, or a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience. Hardware/Home Improvement industry experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and good driving record are also required.
In addition to providing excellent customer service and attention to detail, the successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, sit, climb a ladder, and talk or hear. This role may require occasional travel and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary range for this position is $63,100 - $79,000 per year, depending on education and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, a generous 401(k) retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
