- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree or Diploma
- Board certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida
- Registered Nurse in the State of Florida (preferred)
- 2 years of nursing experience or previous experience working in a group home or residential facility (preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical screenings, including a drug test, physical, and TB test
- Paid time off (24 days per year, increasing with years of service)
