Job Description

This role is instrumental in our Test Engineering Team and involves working with cutting-edge radar systems.

The position will start in Baltimore, MD for 1-2 years of training before relocating to Waynesboro, VA.

You'll design antenna test equipment, integrate new programs, and troubleshoot RF issues during advanced antenna system testing.

Your responsibilities will include software development for automating test processes and data analysis, supporting technicians with troubleshooting and training, and analyzing test data to identify early trends.

You'll also collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements, maintaining sensitivity to cost, schedule, and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM discipline, plus 9 years of relevant experience.

Alternatively, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM discipline, plus 7 years of relevant experience, will also be considered.

Key qualifications include professional software development experience using languages like C++, Python, MATLAB, and experience with electrical and/or RF test equipment.

You must also have a current, active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $114,900 - $190,600.
