The Parking Spot is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Guest Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our airport parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and Greet Guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to each guest, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Support Guest Services: Assist guests at exit and entry lanes, answering questions and resolving any issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Communicate Effectively: Answer telephones, respond to guest inquiries, and provide clear instructions using our services.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a Clean Environment: Keep all work areas neat and clean, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Promote Our Services: Educate guests on our TPS Spot Club Program and respond to inquiries in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as reasonably requested by management, contributing to the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in the English language.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Apple technology products, including iPhone and iPad tablets, and ability to adapt to IT upgrades and changes.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in inclement weather and stand for most of the shift.
