Position Overview:
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you will collaborate with our dedicated team to conduct evaluations, create care strategies, and assist in the formulation of personalized care plans for our residents. Your role will focus on promoting the overall health and well-being of each individual, ensuring they receive the highest level of physical, emotional, and social support.
Work Schedule:
We are currently offering full-time positions for day, overnight, and weekend shifts. The typical schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts (6pm-6am) per week.
Compensation:
- Starting pay ranges from $31 to $37 per hour, depending on experience.
- Additional shift differential pay available, up to $4 per hour.
- We are actively hiring for both 12-hour day and overnight shifts.
- Convenient access via public transportation: Light Rail friendly, take the G Line to Ward Road exit.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
- Possession of a current Colorado or compact state LPN license.
- Experience in Long Term Care is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- New graduates are encouraged to submit their applications.
