- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Document resident progress, concerns, and care plans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in geriatric care.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current Colorado or compact state LPN license.
- Long Term Care experience is helpful, but not required.
- New graduates encouraged to apply.
