Leo's Vacation Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated sales professional to enhance our operations. The selected candidate will proactively identify and engage potential clients to promote our RV offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showcase and advocate for Leo's Vacation Center RV products.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential clients.
- Build and nurture relationships - Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to facilitate sales and ensure customer loyalty.
- Achieve and surpass objectives - Meet individual and team targets for new customer acquisition on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Monitor progress and outcomes - Document interactions with prospects and track achievements within the CRM system.
- Analyze and comprehend target demographics - Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and the overall market landscape relevant to Leo's Vacation Center.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in selling RVs, automobiles, or comparable products/services.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with potential customers.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and selling abilities.
- Persistent drive to understand and fulfill customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
