Job Purpose

The Cycle Counter is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of warehouse inventory through cycle counting and audits. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain inventory accuracy to meet client demands.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to verify inventory accuracy
* Participate in physical inventories as necessary to ensure inventory accuracy
* Provide support to warehouse staff regarding inventory issues
* Resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
* Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands

Requirements:

* Ability to accurately count and verify inventory
* Physical ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 35 pounds
* Basic math skills and ability to work with inventory data
* Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends
* Forklift certification and Microsoft Office experience preferred
* Previous experience using an RF Scanner

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in an operational warehouse environment. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Overtime may be required.

Physical Requirements:

Team members are constantly standing, walking, carrying, twisting, bending, seeing, stooping, balancing, and hearing. Team members will be lifting objects weighing from less than 20 pounds to 60 pounds.
