About the Role

Aaron's is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and installing merchandise to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, secure, and protect merchandise for delivery
  • Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers
  • Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate through various weather conditions
  • Assist in store when needed, providing support to customers and team members
Requirements
  • Age: 18 years or older (in Canada)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
  • Able to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly
  • Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
  • A valid driver's license is required, but not a CDL
  • No overnight travel
