Job Title: CDL Class A Truck Driver

At Gexpro Services, we are seeking a skilled and experienced CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our team. As a CDL Class A Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to and from customers, company branch/warehouse locations, and company suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect company vehicle for visual and operating defects and complete daily inspection report
  • Keep company vehicle clean, serviced, and maintained, and alert supervisor of repair and/or service needed
  • Follow DOT, local, and state driving laws and regulations
  • Load or unload vehicle and ensure all material for each order is correct (quantity and parts) and that all material is free of damage
  • May assist in preparing orders for delivery and ensure all appropriate documentation is thoroughly completed at the time of delivery
  • Pick up material returns from customers and inspect the condition of the material and verify quantities
  • Pick up/Drop off materials from vendors to have parts prepared for work needed prior to shipping and delivery
  • Pick up materials from company suppliers
  • May be required to support warehouse and shipping staff in preparing and filling orders and/or receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material
Requirements:
  • 3 years of CDL driving experience preferred
  • 1 year of CDL driving experience required
  • Must have a Class A CDL driver's license with no restrictions
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of their Motor Vehicle Record, must have CSA score
  • Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law by date of hire
  • TWIC card preferred or able to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Must not have had their drivers' license suspended for traffic accidents/violations or any at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
