Role Summary:
This position is accountable for overseeing the quality and risk management department and its diverse functions. The Director will prepare reports for various committees, including the Quality Committee and Medical Executive Committee, as well as for regulatory bodies as needed. The role involves maintaining quality improvement initiatives within the department and engaging in unit-based quality enhancement activities. Collaboration between quality, risk, and utilization management functions is essential. The Director will also serve as the ISO Management Representative.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's Degree
Current RN License
BLS Certification
3-5 years of relevant experience
