Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to work night shifts in our Rehabilitation department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation nursing and be able to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to spinal cord injured, traumatic brain injured, post cerebral vascular accidents, and debilitation patients
- Administer medications and intravenous therapy, assessing the indication, appropriate dosing, and effects of the medication
- Collaborate with the rehab team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Use established protocols or practices to assess an individual's function and health management needs
- At least one year of Registered Nurse (RN) clinical experience
- BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required
- RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN
- Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing
