Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up dialysis machines.
- Float to various clinics during and after training.
- Work with a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) may be helpful.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) may be beneficial.
