Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality patient care in our outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or be a Clinical Fellowship Year candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program
  • Pennsylvania license in Speech Therapy or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate
  • Ability to stand and walk occasionally, sit frequently
  • Ability to lift/carry 0-10 pounds frequently, 11-50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to push/pull 0-20 pounds frequently, 21-75 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to climb occasionally, reach constantly
  • Ability to use hands for simple/firm grasping
