Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Development Assistant to join our team at Grant Transit Authority. As a Marketing Development Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
  • Assist in the creation of marketing reports and analytics to measure campaign success and inform future marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies
