We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director Psychiatrist to join our team at Optum. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing mental health programs that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop individual evaluations based on assessment data and provide therapeutic interventions as necessary, including ongoing medication management services
  • Provide consultation and health education to agency staff and clients regarding the treatment and medication needs of agency clients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment
