Frontend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our software development team at Insight Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for various business initiatives.

• Design and Development: Design, code, test, deploy, and support software for business and commerce needs.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
• Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, foster DevOps practices within the team, and collaborate productively with all levels of Insight Global employees.
• Problem-Solving: Navigate ambiguous and complex business problems, analyze production issues to determine root cause and resolution, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development practices.
• Documentation: Write documentation to ensure proper use of software systems and adhere to established coding standards.

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in React 16+ and TypeScript, strong knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR), and expertise in SCSS, LESS, CSS3, and HTML5.
• Testing Frameworks: Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Karma, and Jasmine.
• Version Control: Understanding of version control tools like BitBucket, Git, or SVN.
• Cloud Experience: Cloud experience, preferably with Azure.

• Frontend Frameworks: Experience with Bootstrap, knowledge of Micro Front End Patterns (Single SPA, Module Federation, etc.), and familiarity with mobile frameworks like Ionic and Cordova.
• Build Tools: Experience with build tools like npm and yarn.
• CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins pipelines, CI/CD, and Docker Desktop.
