Job Description

The Entegris six-month co-op program provides students with an in-depth and extensive work experience. Our co-ops are fully integrated into the team and work on projects and assignments with real business impact, giving our students an edge over their peers.

The Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team in a dynamic and skilled environment. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. As a key player on our team, you will be responsible for the engineering component of the container hardware work cell in the Advanced Deposition Materials business unit.

Responsibilities
  • Learn Canister/Ampoule cleaning and assembly processes and safety control systems
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to make enhancements to production processes that add value to customers while maintaining operational efficiency and safety requirements
  • Support 2D drawings of components, subassemblies and BOM's that are up to ASME Y14.5M-2009 standards
  • Work with the engineering team to create new part numbers, ECRs and other support documentation
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment
Requirements
  • Experience with any CAD software
  • Solidworks Professional Certification a plus
  • Six Sigma Certification a plus
  • Semiconductor industry experience
  • Working with Hazardous Materials
Eligibility
  • Must be a currently enrolled student
  • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p)
  • Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
