We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Total Care Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform start of care and initial evaluations to assess client needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve client function and mobility.
  • Travel to facilities and residential locations to provide occupational therapy services.
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs).
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) with a valid license to practice in the state.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage.
  • Reliable transportation.
