Rocky Vista University is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Assistant/Associate Professor of Osteopathic Principles & Practices. This full-time, non-tenure track faculty position is within the Department of Osteopathic Principles and Practice (OPP) at our College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $215,000 annually, based on a variety of factors including experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
- 401(k) plan

- Minimum of 2 weeks of accrued paid vacation
- 12 accrued sick days annually
- 13 paid holidays
- 401(k) match up to 7% based on employee contributions

Primary Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will:
- Engage in the education and training of medical students and residents, fostering a motivating learning environment.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to ensure competency.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide clinical services in designated settings, aligned with training and qualifications.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include:
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility.
- Experience in teaching Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (NMM) or Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM).
- Proven leadership in clinical service and scholarly activities.
- Good standing with regulatory boards.
- Eligibility for osteopathic medical licensure in Colorado.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Over two years of academic teaching experience in OPP.
- Demonstrated leadership in medical research or education.
