Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Senior Construction Supervisor to oversee the construction of pre-engineered metal structures across Texas. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage on-site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing cost control measures as necessary.
  • Foster a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction management or site supervision.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in budgeting and project scheduling.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • OSHA certification is advantageous.

This is a full-time position that requires travel within Texas. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality construction projects while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all team members.
