Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  5. Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions.

  7. Perform minor adjustments and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  8. Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water with detergents or acids as per guidelines.
  9. Shampoo carpets and steam-clean as required.
  10. Strip, seal, finish, and polish various types of flooring.
  11. Restore interiors affected by fire, smoke, or water damage using specialized cleaning equipment.
  12. Clean laboratory equipment, including glassware and metal instruments, using solvents and brushes.
  13. Operate vehicles necessary for cleaning tasks, including vans and industrial trucks.
  14. Adhere to safety procedures when using chemical cleaners and power equipment.
  15. Monitor security by locking doors and ensuring electrical appliances are used safely.
  16. Assist in moving heavy furniture and equipment as needed.
  17. Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns and trimming shrubbery.
  18. Report any significant repair needs to management.
  19. Order supplies and equipment necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  20. Perform additional duties as assigned.
