About the JobWe are seeking a passionate part-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team. As a Physical Therapist at EnduraCare, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic company that prioritizes quality care and supports your professional growth.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and ensure physician orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
- A graduate degree from an accredited university in Physical Therapy, recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- A current license or registration as a Physical Therapist in the state where applicable.
