As a Home Health Registered Nurse with Interim HealthCare, you'll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You'll work with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides to ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care.

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing home-based care to patients with illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases
- Examining patients, doing assessments, and documenting progress
- Reporting changes to physicians and educating patients on their plan of care
- Coaching family members on patient care and home safety
- Ensuring goals are met and coordinating discharge from services
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado
- Graduate of an accredited school or program of nursing
- At least 1200 hours of experience as an RN
- Healthcare CPR/BLS certification
- Home health care experience preferred
- Great organizational skills
- Able to manage patients with chronic illnesses
- Pass a background check and drug test
