As a Home Health Registered Nurse with Interim HealthCare, you'll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to patients with illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases. You'll work closely with a team of physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide home-based care to patients with a range of health conditions
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Administer medications, provide wound care, and perform other medical procedures as needed
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • At least 1200 hours of experience as an RN
  • Healthcare CPR/BLS certification
  • Home health care experience preferred
