- Event Planning: Work closely with our team to plan and execute events that attract prospects to our community, showcasing the exceptional lifestyle and amenities we offer.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities and promote our community.
- Marketing Experience: 3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background, with a proven track record of success in driving leads and increasing occupancy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with prospective residents, families, and team members.
- Organization and Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Certifications and Background Checks: Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
