About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team as a Home and Ambulatory Infusion RN. As a member of our team, you will provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide infusion therapy and related nursing services to patients in their homes or in clinics.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in infusion therapy.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in Washington, Idaho, or Oregon.
  • 1 year of experience in acute care nursing.
  • National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to drive and provide proof of driver's license and auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in home health or home infusion nursing.
