About the Role:

The RN Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site. This position functions as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process, collaborating with other healthcare workers to promote quality patient care, and acting as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy
  • Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare providers
  • Act as a resource for home care nursing staff
  • Demonstrate competency in all phases of the nursing process

Requirements:

  • Education sufficient for licensure
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Idaho Registered Nurse License upon hire (if practicing in this location)
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire (if practicing in this location)
  • 1 year experience in acute care nursing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Home health or home infusion experience
