Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Material Program Analyst to become part of our dynamic team. The Material Program Analyst operates under general supervision and follows established protocols for complex tasks. This role involves effective communication with team members to clarify and interpret relevant information. The analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing systems and processes that influence operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify material shortages and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
2. Develop and deliver presentations, leading discussions with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and management.
3. Assess material availability by utilizing system-generated reports to evaluate inventory levels, purchase order statuses, and non-conformance reports.
4. Travel may be required up to 10%.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in Program Analysis.
Alternatively, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Program Analysis may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with supply chain management, lean manufacturing principles, assembly processes, and ATP methodologies.
- Proficient in utilizing technical expertise to assess plans and operational processes.
- Competence in office software applications for program management, including MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data from various sources and identify discrepancies and trends.
- Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
