Prime360 is a leading pallet management services company seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by hand sorting, inspecting, and repairing wooden pallets at our customers' locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality repair of customer pallets to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inspect and hand sort wooden pallets accurately and efficiently, based on quality and grade.
  • Load and unload trailers using a sit-down forklift, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Perform daily forklift inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Move stacks of pallets to different areas of the warehouse floor, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Ensure loads of pallets are secure and stacked appropriately, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by sweeping debris around the warehouse and dock areas.
  • Dismember wooden crates and Gaylord boxes as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have the ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to continuously bend, twist, and lift between 50 to 80 pounds repetitively throughout the shift.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Must wear Steel Toe Boots and PPE equipment as required.
Work Environment

As a Material Handler, you will be frequently exposed to airborne particles. Prime360 provides hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, and NIOSH-approved dust masks to ensure your safety. You may occasionally be exposed to extreme temperatures when the dock doors are open.
