The Management Recruiters of Edison is seeking a highly skilled Quality Management System Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Management System Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical administration of our Quality Management System (QMS) software, MasterControl.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the QMS system to ensure seamless integration of quality-related functions, including Training, Document Control, SOP Management, CAPA, Deviation, Change Control, and Audit management.
- Provide support to users from Quality, Production, and Regulatory departments to utilize the QMS system effectively.
- Manage and maintain SOPs, Batch Control, and Training to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to implement and maintain a robust QMS that meets industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in QMS administration in the Medical Device or Pharma Industry.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with MasterControl or similar QMS systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Sterile Aseptic Filling Operations.
- Experience working in a dynamic and hands-on role in a startup or small company.
- Contract Manufacturing experience working closely with customers and clients.
- Experience with QMS - MasterControl as used by the Company.
