We are seeking highly motivated and sales-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives at the Lake Stevens Costco location.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting various brands provided by suppliers, including Qunol and Zena Nutrition. You will interact with Costco members, provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong outgoing personality, excellent verbal communication skills, and experience with direct sales. You will be required to work independently and without direct supervision, as you will be the only team member per location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands.
- Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
- Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
- Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds several times per day.
Compensation:
- Starting at $25 an hour + bonus based on surpassing sale quotas.
- W-2 Employment.
- We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit.
Bonus Payout:
We have a bonus structure in place that reflects how much your potential earnings could be. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm — you get credit for whatever sells that day. This is an additional 3 hours Costco is open where customers are still purchasing our products.
- Sell 30 Super Greens, you'll make $90 in commission.
- Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, you'll make $60 in commission.
- Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) you'll make $15 in commission.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with direct sales.
- Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.
