Process Automation Specialist

Job Summary:

This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated Scrum Master to join Insight Global's Process Automation organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and improving processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive project success. Experience with Agile methodologies and prior experience in Scrum Master roles or similar positions is essential.

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive hourly rate of $10-$20, based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Collaborate with the Scrum team to define product backlog items
  • Approve the backlog and sprint backlog on a continuous basis
  • Work closely with software developers, testers, and a Product Owner to ensure project success
