Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with producers to identify new business opportunities and develop cross-sell strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including benefit and claim questions and issues.

  • Manage and negotiate with carriers for benefit and premium considerations.
  • Review and analyze client coverage contracts and amendments for accuracy.
  • Manage and direct a dedicated service team.
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of related work experience.
  • Valid insurance license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork.
  • Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
