- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Lead, guide, and develop certified nursing assistants and resident assistants in the provision of quality care.
- Supervise the duties of certified nursing assistants and resident assistants.
- Perform medical treatments and report status to the registered nurse.
- Report resident changes in condition promptly to the registered nurse.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR certification.
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Competitive hourly rate: $27.00-$33.00 per hour.
- Shift differential for PM and Night Shifts.
- Eligible for Sign On Bonus.
