We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Lead to join our Obstetrics and Gynecology department at Southcoast Health System, Inc. in Fall River, MA. As a Physician Lead, you will be responsible for leading our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality of service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Obstetrics and Gynecology department in Fall River, MA, ensuring optimal quality, service, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Chief of OB/GYN and Director of Operations to develop and implement strategies for practice growth and performance improvement.
- Mentor new providers and be a role model to staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Assess staff satisfaction and identify actions to lead to improvement, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
- Work collaboratively with leadership team in all respects, including Charlton Hospital Family Centered Unit and St. Luke's Hospital.
- Board certified/board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
- Competitive salary with base plus productivity design and quality incentives.
