Key Responsibilities- Lead the obstetrics and gynecology department in Charlton Memorial Hospital, working closely with the Chief of OB/GYN and Director of Operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, service, and efficiency in the ambulatory practice and hospital service line.
- Mentor new providers and be a role model to staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop a recruitment strategy and participate in the vetting and interviewing process.
- Monitor provider performance and implement plans to address any issues hindering highest quality of care.
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in practice leadership and quality improvement.
- Competitive salary with base plus productivity design and quality incentives.
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
