Nursing Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Professional to join our team at Foundation Health Services in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Salary: $36.42 to $60.33 hourly wage based on experience and education
About the Role: As a Nursing Care Professional, you will be responsible for assessing patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care and education
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Valid current or temporary Alaska RN license
- Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
- BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or additional certification may be required
